Sold a used car to me that two weeks later after I drove it off your lot needed a new engine. First car payment had not even been made and it now has to go back for the same problem it went in for two weeks it off your lot needed a new engine. I have paid twice for diagnosis test which I feel should have been paid by the dealership. I understand it was used but really a new engine. It has been in your repair shop more than I have driven it. Because of this messed up situation I will not be buying another care from your dealership in which I was going to get my youngest daughter a car, I will go elsewhere. All I want this next time my car goes into your shop which is July 10th I want if completely fixed. I should not have had major mechanical issues even though it was used. This is why I bought it from a deal ship because I thought they would have check over the cars but in this case that did not happen, and I feel I got lied to. Fix the car. I should not be having to fork out extra money on a car I bought from a dealership especially two weeks after I drove it off your lot. Not a happy person by a long shot. More

I don’t know who Juan Gracia is? Or why his name is even popped up on the survey because that’s not who helped us a bit disappointing with the first salesman, but the second salesman Or why his name is even popped up on the survey because that’s not who helped us a bit disappointing with the first salesman, but the second salesman who sold us our vehicle actually was professional and eventually got what we asked for however, there was one inquiry about the latch in the backseat that never got answered even though it was asked multiple times, and a little disappointed that the dealership down the street gave us a full tank of gas after we spent $40,000 there we spent 47,000 here and I got no free bottle of water, no gas, no answer to the backseat question, and our first sales person was definitely not up to par because he didn’t even show up. So, although ultimately, we got what we wanted for the price that we were said, we would except it was decent it was just not comparable to the customer service we received less than 5 miles down the street. More

The process was relatively quick, everyone was friendly and I was able to get a car that I absolutely love. The only negative was that the gas tank was not full when we pulled out of the lot (only had 1/4 and I was able to get a car that I absolutely love.
