Maria was very nice and friendly. when I left I asked if the car had a full tank of gas. she said yes but when they delivered it to my house it was almost down to 1/2.. I visited Tim Short Mitsubishi dealership online and then in person with my wife to purchase a new SUV for her. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The employees we interacted with, especially you Mike Ramos, Jason, Alexis, and Moe were very knowledgeable and seemed genuinely interested in helping us find a new SUV that met our needs rather than just being focused on making a quick sale. Because of everyone’s efforts, we were able to find exactly what we needed and we are very satisfied with our purchase. All of these reasons listed made our 3 hour drive to the dealership well worth it. We will continue to visit your store in the future, as well as recommend it to others.
