If it was possible to give zero stars I would. I called and spoke with John in service. I told John I would be dropping my vehicle off for service. I specifically asked for a certain tech to work on my car. He has been working on my car for years. Come to find out my car was never given to the tech I requested. I don't appreciate my request being ignored. If a service writer can't follow a simple request, will he be able to relay the proper information to get my car fixed properly? Every other time I requested a certain tech work on my car; it's been given to him. Why John took it upon himself to give my car to whomever he wanted it beyond me. More
