Normally a great experience, was very disappointed with the excuse of “swollen lug nuts” as an excuse not to rotate tires which is part of the oil change service offered. How many lug nuts were swollen is unknown, I seriously doubt everyone of them was. I personally feel it was just a lazy mechanic not wanting to do it at the time. I did speak to the service manager and let him know I thought it was a xxxx poor excuse, after talking with him he claims it was a safety issue that they didn’t rotate tires. Still unknown how many nuts were swollen and how many really need to be replaced. More

Wait too long I was very dis-appointed to wait for 30 minutes for a scheduled service appointment. I made an appointment online and was sent two or three reminders I was very dis-appointed to wait for 30 minutes for a scheduled service appointment. I made an appointment online and was sent two or three reminders about my appointment. I arrived about five minutes early. My vehicle was finally taken 30 minutes later. While I waited I read the fine print about the appointment and found out that the appointment is only for speaking to the service person. I do not think this is any way to operate a business. More
