I thought it would be very tense & hard pressure but no just the opposite. Jordan Reed was my sales person & he was terrific! He knew the answers to all of my many safety questions and even explained the top concern of Hyndai is safety. He was very accommodating & even on that miserable rainy day I had considered a different model but he gladly went out & brought that model up to the covered space at the door for my convenience. During the paper work which was surprisingly short, he was careful to explain everything before I signed. He even signed me up for my 1st oil change which was a first for any car I have ever bought. The manager, Jose, was extremely nice as well. He came over & asked if I was happy & if Jordan was doing a good job for me. That was great it made me feel really valued. Then Jordan took me out to my new car & explained everything which was terrific. I'm a new Titus Will customer! More

We set up a time and date fit mute and my family to come down. As soon as I got there I was greeted and my family was shown the exact car that fit my families needs. Sadly, my credit wasn't good enough for that one so the whole team worked out some numbers and found me a great car that still fit our needs. A NEW CAR SUCCESS We found the car that suited our needs and our tastes. The 2018 Elantra Value Edition was perfect...just the right balance of performance and comfort/ We found the car that suited our needs and our tastes. The 2018 Elantra Value Edition was perfect...just the right balance of performance and comfort/safety. We had owned a 2013 Elantra SE previously, and this new version had marked improvements; among them ride, sound level, 6 speed auto/manual trans., push button start and electronics. I have adjusted to the softer styling cues along the sides and the nose is nicely redesigned. Seats seemed slightly softer, and it's nice to have the security of a spare tire. Our sales people were very helpful and encouraging without being pushy. They were both knowledgeable and considerate. We felt we were in good hands. Our only comment was that the sale overall took quite a while. I believe this was due to poor weather, a busy day at the dealership and the fact that the sale was protracted by the inclusion of a sales trainee who was doing much of the paper/computer work. He was/is a nice young man, however, and we feel he had our needs as his first priority, as did our salesman. They worked to get us both the car and the deal we wanted. I/we do not consider this a negative at all. Finally, we are getting considerably better mileage with this car than the older Elantra. Nice job to both Hyundai and Titus Will. More
