When i was 14 years old, my parents purchased a new '06 mustang and traded in their old van for a '01 Ranger from Ray, when the day came I wanted to trade in the truck my parents suggested to go to Ray. I indeed went there and Ray hooked me up with an Awesome price on the Ranger and then let Marcus take over the trade in and such. We looked at a car down South Tacoma way, and I was able to drive a sweet car! I forgot the name of it. The car I got is Amazing on gas, and Im glad I did it! In all of our time, we have found Ford employees across the board--sales, service, management--to be professional, courteous and workable. In fact, I would rate Ford at the top of all of these brands. Our recent visit to Lakewood Ford was no exception. We were pulled in by an internet ad for a gorgeous mint-condition TBird. Not only was the ad spot-on in its description, the sales people immediately answered all of our questions and set us up with Marcus, a relatively new salesperson, who did everything right. We were very impressed with him, the Manager, and the ease of the transaction. We feel like they got a good deal on our trade-in and a good price on their TBird, and we got a fabulous new car and a fabulous experience. I would definitely recommend Lakewood Ford and Marcus. Other Ford dealers in our area have been equally wonderful--one even offered to teach my daughter how to drive a stick at vehicle pick-up. (She already knew how, but was impressed by the thoroughness and carry-through of sale.) I love Ford! More

I went to Lakewood Ford to buy a used car, thinking I could not afford a neww one. My salesperson was Robby Garret which by the way is great. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Service was extremely fast and additionally I was informed my tires didn't need to be rotated due to wear. The marketing geniuses in the head shed appear not to know what they are doing. Also, their service appointment notification process involves an out of state robot phone call with a suspicious looking Caller ID that made me want to not answer the phone. Is it too hard to have a person make the reminder calls, and have them originate from Lakewood Ford? More
