My wife and I had wonderful experience from top to bottom very professional and very pleasant. Though we did not purchase a Massarotti or a Alfa Romeo. We were treated as such. I was in the process of purchasing a used vehicle from Alfa Romeo and was scammed ridiculously. I was purchasing online from a different state, and they priced the vehicle for $25,000 approximately. They proceeded to find a bank for financing, which they did. They sent me the documents to sign which brought the car to a hefty approximate cost of $29,000, which included a Global Theft and Global Paint charges plus $1300 in dealer fees. I did not even know what those charges were UNTIL they sent me the hard copies via mail. I told them that I did not want those options. They first stated, "it is legally obligated," which it isn't, I called the DMV of CT. Then they said it was "mandatory for each car" which again it wasn't because the hard copy said I can decline the coverage. I asked the salesperson why they ran my credit for a cost I did approve of Nick said, "didn't the finance manager call you?" He never did. Nobody did. Lastly, Nick and Mike said, "We cannot change the financing as the bank has the documents," which again is false, because I called my bank and they stated they just need a new copy. They agreed to take off the Global Theft and Global Paint, and we resigned all the documents with a new agreement. I never heard from them again although I have a loan now with my bank for the vehicle and signed documents. I sent an email to the actual owner, Todd, he sent an email admittingly stating that he priced the cars at lower cost and then added the fees after, which I can provide a screenshot for to anybody. There are multiple reviews that have the same issue as mine and I have copies of documents proving their dishonesty, maliciousness, and incompetence. I now will have issues with my credit report and score thanks to this dealership. More
The team at Todd maserati go above and beyond. We found a tahoe there that had the bench seat up front, something extremely hard to find. All the leg work was taken care of before we arrived. We bought this vehicle on good faith, as it was nearly 900 miles from us, and all we had to reference was pictures and the word of the dealership. It was more then expected. It is perfect, and was well worth the drive. We were greeted by Tyler, one of the two that we had been working with, nick was the other but was on a call, however he did take the time to look us up once he was done. Everyone was super friendly, and this dealership has earned me driving back out in the future. We were on a tight schedule, and spent maybe 15-20 minutes there, turning 1800+ miles in under 30 hours. Thankyou Tyler, nick and the rest of the staff for making this a pleasant, successful well worth road trip! Highly recommend them to anyone, even if you are 1000 miles from them. More

It seemed strange buying a used Ram pickup at a Maserati dealer. However I was treated the same as any other customer. The vehicle was what I wanted and the salesman and manager worked with me to make the d dealer. However I was treated the same as any other customer. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! and I have bought a lot of cars in my life. Bought the car remotely, sight unseen through Auto Trader. Car showed up on an open trailer (you'd think and I have bought a lot of cars in my life. Bought the car remotely, sight unseen through Auto Trader. Car showed up on an open trailer (you'd think spending almost $90k it would have come in an enclosed trailer), NO GAS, no spare key, not detailed or even clean, no temp tag, damaged window tint from the sticker someone removed as well as a warranty sticker still on it. After multiple calls and texts, I was promised a replacement key, detail, window tint repair and a gift card for gas and my inconvenience. To date (three weeks later), I had to go to a local dealer for the key, detail and window tint (3 separate trips), which was paid for but NO GIFT CARD. Complete inconvenience for me for having to do their job of delivering a car to a reasonable standard/expectation. They promised they would do the right thing and follow thru, I am giving up. Clearly, they cannot be trusted, and don't follow through with their promises! More
