Where do I start? I have now purchased 3 vehicles from Todd Wenzel. I’m going to gloss over the first two, so I can focus on the third. The First was a used 2017 Sierra 1500 I bought in 2018 from Greg Daw Todd Wenzel. I’m going to gloss over the first two, so I can focus on the third. The First was a used 2017 Sierra 1500 I bought in 2018 from Greg Dawkins. Couldn’t have been a better process. Then, in 2020 we bought a used Yukon XL from Greg. This should have been a learning experience to have prevented my issue with the third purchase (which I am getting to, and shows why Todd Wenzel is the only dealer I will ever b up from again). The sort story n the Yukon is that we made the mistake of buying a used Buick Enclave from another dealer. Saw the Yukon a year later on Wenzel’s lot, went to look at it and had Greg give me a trade in value. He showed me the CarFax. The Buick was in an accident with structural damage that was hidden from us when we bought the Buick. We have five children. Keping the Buick was no longer an option. Greg and the team at Todd Wenzel went our of their way to minimize my loss and get us into the Yukon. Now, let’s talk about the 2021 Sierra 1500 AT4 I just bought from them. In October of 2020, I started looking for this truck. Of course, I reached out to Greg first, but he said he didn’t think he would be able to get one for a bit. I SHOULD HAVE BEEN PATIENT. I wasn’t. I found one at another dealer and traded in my 2017 Sierra (in which I had about $13K equity) and bought a very nice, fully loaded 2021 Sierra 1500 AT4. About 45 days later, the issues started. I won’t bore everyone with the details, but before getting it’s first oil change, that truck had to have (what I consider) two major repairs. Going through all proper channels, I told GM I understood sometimes things happen and a bad vehicle gets built. It happens to all manufacturers. I just wanted them to stand behind it. I essentially asked the dealer I bought the truck from as well as GM to just replace it. I didn’t want any money. Just give me what I paid for. A new truck I don’t have to worry about. Well, after a few weeks of back and forth, the answer was no. Needless to say, I was disheartened and frustrated...to the point I was ready to take a huge loss and go with another manufacturer and get rid of the truck. Out of nowhere, here comes the team at Todd Wenzel (AGAIN). Drew, the GM, reached out to me and said he wanted to do what he could to make it right. This blew my mind. I didn’t buy the truck from them, and they had nothing to do with the dealership I bought the truck from. Anyway, the team at Todd Wenzel, Drew and Greg (again...see a pattern???), went out of their way to help me minimize my losses and get me into what I paid for. They took the other truck off my hands, helped me minimize my losses, and got me into a truck that is a near exact replacement of the truck I was having issues with. They even asked if there were things I wanted to change on the new truck before we moved forward. They didn’t have to do this. They had NOTHING to do with the sale of the original, issue-ridden AT4. Yet, they went out of their way to take care of me. I’m currently 37 years old, and every vehicle I have ever owned has been GM. Todd Wenzel has now secured a life-long customer. And anyone who knows what I do for a living knows that I drive a lot for my job, so Lord willing, there are a lot of vehicle purchases ahead of me. TL;DR - I CANNOT recommend them highly enough This is the only dealership I will ever deal with again. Go see Greg Dawkins. More
Very disorganized and dishonest. More concerned with playing sales games than listening to what I am asking for or remembering anything they told me. Poor training. playing sales games than listening to what I am asking for or remembering anything they told me. Poor training. More

The service manager told me that the key doesn't match what GM has for the car. So they have to replace the entire ignition and its costing me $750. I came in looking for a red pickup truck lease to replace my current one. I’ve bought many vehicles throughout my life but this has been by far the easiest and quickest experience at a dealership. Even after my current one. I’ve bought many vehicles throughout my life but this has been by far the easiest and quickest experience at a dealership. Even after they lowered my current payment on a more loaded truck, they even took the cap off and put it on my new one! Will definitely be back in 2 years. Thanks for all the hard work fellas! More

Amazing Customer service I came in to turn my lease car in and wanted to go over new options. Jared greeted me at the front door with a smile and professionalism. Aaron the ge I came in to turn my lease car in and wanted to go over new options. Jared greeted me at the front door with a smile and professionalism. Aaron the general sales manger came out and greeted me as well because I had an appointment. I test drove a new buick envision and absolutely loved it. It was a little higher payment then what I was currently paying on my gmc terrain but the envision is MUCH nicer...so therefor a little higher payment was ok. Still an amazing price. I would recommend these guys to anyone!! Todd Wenzel is a name I love advertising for with my new plate frame on my vehicle!! Great job!! Thank you again!! More
Take Your Business and $$ Elsewhere I wish 0 stars was an option! Our local Buick dealer had limited inventory, so we looked up Wenzel and made the drive out because their inventory look I wish 0 stars was an option! Our local Buick dealer had limited inventory, so we looked up Wenzel and made the drive out because their inventory looked promising. There, we met up with Jared-- My husband and I drove an Envision and also were surprised to really like the Buick Regal Tour X-- inventory is low on Envision, but purchasing and keeping a long time, we couldn't afford to settle. Per their suggestion we took the Tour X home for the weekend; as much as we loved it, the price was amazing but the seats weren't right for my husband and tight fit for our back loading garage; we returned on Monday and personally I was couldn't believe the attitude of the sales guy-Jared; we were very honest and he just sat back in his chair, body language said it all---we then asked about the Envision,he said, the one you drove, is gone, first come , first serve.--shrugging his shoulders and really being a jerk! So my patient husband, says, that one didn't have the engine I want, what about your other dealerships (knowing they have multiple), could we take a look at what they have. His response, with same attitude- was really crummy; my husband said, you don't have to bring it here, we'd go look at it at your other dealerships--- Jared said something else about inventory....I was done- it should matter if we are looking at a $25,000 or $50,000 vehicle. It was more than apparent he was annoyed he couldn't sell us the Tour X-(and honestly didn't care)---- I said,'forget it, let's go!" Jared seem to care less, so we literally pulled out of their driveway, looked at other Buick locations, called and asked if they might have what we were looking for and they said, "come on over, we will take care of you!: That they did, we took our business to Sellers Buick with Scott as our Salesman; not only did we purchase a loaded Envision, we returned two days later with my Mom who is leasing a Encore on Monday, paperwork will be complete! Such a sad and frustrating experience with Wenzel, not the case with Sellers- take your business there! More

The manager hooked me up with Reggie at the very start and it began a wonderful experience. Reggie went above and beyond my expectations of a dealer. He was very knowledgeable and his since of humor really helped me to relax and be myself also. I highly recommend Todd Wenzel of Westland and I recommend even more Reggie Soares as your salesman. -D.
