Amazing Customer service I came in to turn my lease car in and wanted to go over new options. Jared greeted me at the front door with a smile and professionalism. Aaron the general sales manger came out and greeted me as well because I had an appointment. I test drove a new buick envision and absolutely loved it. It was a little higher payment then what I was currently paying on my gmc terrain but the envision is MUCH nicer...so therefor a little higher payment was ok. Still an amazing price. I would recommend these guys to anyone!! Todd Wenzel is a name I love advertising for with my new plate frame on my vehicle!! Great job!! Thank you again!! More

Our local Buick dealer had limited inventory, so we looked up Wenzel and made the drive out because their inventory looked promising. There, we met up with Jared-- My husband and I drove an Envision and also were surprised to really like the Buick Regal Tour X-- inventory is low on Envision, but purchasing and keeping a long time, we couldn't afford to settle. Per their suggestion we took the Tour X home for the weekend; as much as we loved it, the price was amazing but the seats weren't right for my husband and tight fit for our back loading garage; we returned on Monday and personally I was couldn't believe the attitude of the sales guy-Jared; we were very honest and he just sat back in his chair, body language said it all---we then asked about the Envision,he said, the one you drove, is gone, first come , first serve.--shrugging his shoulders and really being a jerk! So my patient husband, says, that one didn't have the engine I want, what about your other dealerships (knowing they have multiple), could we take a look at what they have. His response, with same attitude- was really crummy; my husband said, you don't have to bring it here, we'd go look at it at your other dealerships--- Jared said something else about inventory....I was done- it should matter if we are looking at a $25,000 or $50,000 vehicle. It was more than apparent he was annoyed he couldn't sell us the Tour X-(and honestly didn't care)---- I said,'forget it, let's go!" Jared seem to care less, so we literally pulled out of their driveway, looked at other Buick locations, called and asked if they might have what we were looking for and they said, "come on over, we will take care of you!: That they did, we took our business to Sellers Buick with Scott as our Salesman; not only did we purchase a loaded Envision, we returned two days later with my Mom who is leasing a Encore on Monday, paperwork will be complete! Such a sad and frustrating experience with Wenzel, not the case with Sellers- take your business there! More

Sent a certified letter to the dealership General Manager (Mr.Swinea), have not gotten a response. Will NOT recommend anyone to go there. More
Leasing - Disposition fee of up to $600.00 Initially I believed the dealer was helping me get out of my old car I was upside down in. But now that I have had several months into the lease I feel like I was misled. The salesman Jim Diehl was polite enough however this dealer only had one person who can "write" the leases so it took over 3 hours just to get to the paperwork. at that time it was almost 8 or 9 pm and after business hours. The leasing officer was rushing through the paperwork. As always I ask if what the additional fees are and how much. He not once did he mention that there is a disposition fee of up to $600.00. This is a fee that GM DEALERS (not GM Finance) will charge you to resell the car after the lease ends. They will only waive this fee if you continue to buy or lease a car from them. They financially punish you for not continuing to do business with them. Not once did the salesman or the leasing officer tell me about this fee. I feel that this dealer is not a trustworthy, I suggest not doing business with the GM family of Vehicles. More
I switch to LaRiche Leased two vehicles from Todd Wenzel GMC in Westland. Heres my issues 1. At 300 miles in the dead of winter my heater motor went. I called service first thing Monday morning and ask for them to save a rental for me. It would take me 45 minutes to thaw my windshield to drive the truck into service. The girl in service was an absolute xxxxx. 2. The sidesteps that the my came with my Truck on the windows sticker were never installed. I noticed that 2 weeks after i took delivery of the truck. They did install them after I brought it to their attention. I was almost out a $600 Option 3.Took my first lease vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. I marked the tires so I could tell if they were rotated. They were not. Service is very shady here. I decided just to move onto another dealer to take care of my service needs. No reason to continue to receive poor service. More

I had gone to another GMC dealership 30 minutes earlier and walked away because NO sales person acknowledged my presence inside or outside when looking at vehicles. Best thing I’ve did was walk away and go to Todd Wenzel GMC. Dan in the finance office was also very informative and explain things in detail. Thanks Randy and Dan. . More

There have years where we did purchase from other dealers, but have questioned that decision later on. We have found that having Randy know our wants and needs and his experience has been extremely beneficial in our buying experience. Randy and the entire delarship team has always been there for us over the years! More

Complete run around. After multiple emails, phone calls and dealership appearances I was no close to buying the truck i wanted than the day I saw it online. After being told a customer(manager) had it for the weekend i returned Monday, no truck. I returned Tuesday, no truck. After three more calls Tuesday evening I was told the truck is being shipped to Grand Rapid, for a potential buyer in the morning. Ridicules! More
