I searched Ford's website for a Flex with the equipment I desired. I found two vehicles that fit the bill at Tom Boland Ford. Steve Krauss and I discussed the terms, and he delivered our new vehicle to us only two days later. We live more than two hours away! One concern I had with dealing with a dealership out of my area, is that once the deal is done, we never hear from them again. Not so with Tom Boland Ford. We have already been contacted to be sure we were pleased with out purchase, and asked if there was anything else we needed to have the dealership take care of. Tom Boland Ford even offered to come get our Flex to have it undercoated and rustproofed at a later, more convenient time. My family just returned from an overnight trip to St Louis, and we are very pleased with the roominess, the mileage, and the comfort the new Flex delivers.
