Under duress, wrong purchase On Saturday January 14, 2017 came into test drive the 17 armada. I was told as windup sticker the armada has LED headlamps. Without either led or hid I cannot legally drive. The dealer reiterated it was led. So I signed docs which I still wasn't sure, but finance manager was pushing me to sign. I later find out that night that only lie beams are led and high beams are halogen. I require high as well be led. Thus I cannot see distance now and will most likely be in collision because of this. I sent emails to dealer managers and owner and have been ignored. Apparent the dealer doesn't care if I cause accident injuring myself or others in community. They refuse to reverse deal and give me back my Audi. More

Based on the reviews online and my own experience with 2 previous dealership I visited recently I was not very enthusiastic about my visit. Upon my arrival I was greeted by a friendly sales rep John Bulger who showed me the car and their mechanics addressed and resolved the front suspension issue I noticed when test driving the car. Together with sales manager Jack Ligenza they worked with me on the price and financing of the vehicle. During the whole process sales staff answered my questions and concerns to my satisfaction. terrible Service Dept told me I was crazy I recently made two trips to the service department for frozen windshield wiper fluid. They advised it is not cold enough for it to freeze. After the second time my daughter and I were on our way home and the washer fluid was freezing as soon as it hit my windshield. My car was covered in blue windshield wiper fluid that I was assured wouldn't freeze until temps reached -30. I ended up sitting in my car for over am hour until it was all gone so I could put something else in that wouldn't freeze. More
