Tom Hodges made every effort to make our experience with his company as pleasant and professional as possible. We drove from Va. Beach, Va. to Tom Hodges Auto arriving in Hollywood, Md. about 1 p.m. The S his company as pleasant and professional as possible. We drove from Va. Beach, Va. to Tom Hodges Auto arriving in Hollywood, Md. about 1 p.m. The SUV we were interested in was parked at the front door, immaculately cleaned and ready for us to test drive. Richard helped us to adjust and locate the SUV's seats, mirrors etc. and gave us his cell phone number just in case we got lost. The SUV was exactly as advertised and upon our return to the dealership Tom Hodges was there, and along with Richard, went over the entire SUV with us. When questioned about the life of rearend fluid, the response was to send it to the Service Center to have it flushed and new fluid put in. We were given a fair price on our tradein and shown how they arrived at the value for our old car. Pat went through all the paper work with us and explained what we needed to do in Va. He explained everything to us in a non-rushed manner until we were satisfied we understood the papers we were signing. He went over the extended warrenty offer, so that we understood it fully. Periodically, Tom and/or Richard would check to see if they could answer any questions. They were getting together spare keys, owners manuels, etc. and other pieces of info not found in the manuels that would save us time and money. When we left the dealership 90 minutes later we felt well informed and satisified that we had conducted business fairly (for both buyer and seller) with very courteous professionals. The grounds of the dealership were clean as were the cars and office. The staff was friendly and outgoing, but not aggressive or pushy. Tom, Richard and Pat connected well with us and the experience was pleasant and we would certainly return should we be in the market for another car! More
