I ended up pruchasing a BMW X3; TH acquired better financing than my CU, Nav Fed. Pleasant experience with the Business Mngr., explained everthing as we went through the purchase. Excellent ratings on everthing except initial quality of work (good). I based this on the cleanliness of the vehicle inside. They offered for us to return the vehicle for a detailed inside cleaning. I would recommend TH to anyone looking to purchase a auto. More

Lauren sent Craig, a really nice sales manager, (who has been with the company for 7 years), to pick me up an hour and a half away from the store, because I did not have a ride to the store to finalize the purchase. I was slightly uncomfortable riding with a stranger for an hour and half, but Craig was so friendly and professional, I felt like the drive was only 10 minutes long. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Tom as I was finishing up with Lauren, and I can honestly say I never met a car dealership owner who was so down-to-earth. He was super friendly and spoke so highly of his employees, like they were family. I never felt pressured or like I was dealing with "used car salesmen". They were upfront about everything.
