My son was throwing around the idea of a new car but not really sure. On our way up north my husband and I decided to stop at North Branch Chevrolet and take a look at some cars. We met Erik Douglas and told him what my son would be looking for. Erik showed us exactly what we wanted to see. He didn't use the "You may like this" or "Have you ever thought about this" sales pitch that some car dealers try. In a short time we found a car we thought my son would love, we took Erik's card and told him we would talk to our son. Erik emailed pictures to my son so he could see what we were looking at and my son was very interested. We lived 60 miles away and I didn't want to make another trip there and come out with nothing so Erik emailed us everything we needed including financing information and estimates on a trade in. This made things so easy when we went to show my son the car. My son loved loved the car and decided to purchase it. Because Erik prepared ahead of time we were in and out within an hour and a half including all the financing paperwork. So easy. Thanks Eric and North Branch Chevrolet. More
