THE. WORST. SERVICE. DEPARTMENT among all Rochester dealers. A Service Department consists of completely incompetent, unskilled and unprofessional members. Add lack of accountability to that and you have Tom Kad A Service Department consists of completely incompetent, unskilled and unprofessional members. Add lack of accountability to that and you have Tom Kadlec Honda of Rochester. They seem to have a lot of turnovers among service personnel which continually add untrained service employees. A simple Battery replacement job for my vehicle has turned out to be a nightmare at this dealership - something any local auto parts store could do in less than 10 minutes. The sales team is fine but the only thing the service department seems to be good at is an Oil Change, anything beyond that will likely be crap-shoot depending on who you deal with. You can buy your Honda vehicles here with a prayer that you'll never need to service it by them (warranty or otherwise). I am stuck with an Extended Warranty without a dealership. We will never buy another Honda again until we have access to another dealership within a reasonable distance. What a nightmare. More
Tight Schedule I recently stopped in to get my oil changed and tires rotated. Upon arrival I was informed that my rear wheels were out of alignment as they automati I recently stopped in to get my oil changed and tires rotated. Upon arrival I was informed that my rear wheels were out of alignment as they automatically check the alignment as you drive into their service area. I was asked by my Service Consultant, Blake Reiter if I wanted them to fix that also and I told them yes and I would wait at the dealership while they did the work but I was on a tight schedule and told Blake this. I asked how long it would take to do the work and he told me 1 1/2 hours and this was going to cut it short to accommodate my schedule. An hour later Blake came out to get me and said everything was done and I was ready to go. The service team went above and beyond to get my things done and even 30 minutes faster than what I was told. Great team and very friendly people to work with. More
I had great service when bringing in my Pilot that had an engine light come on the display. Mike Dahl was very helpful & mechanics searched til they found he problem & fixed it! I had bad gas- 47% alcohol so engine light come on the display. Mike Dahl was very helpful & mechanics searched til they found he problem & fixed it!
