I feel safe and secure now and am glad I went to the Honda dealership to have the repairs done. It was not only reasonable pricewise , they also were experts on my model and used Honda specifics to repair. I am very satisfied and would not hesitate to return when needed. The waiting area is comfortable and the coffee is great! Having a new car, codes come up to indicate I need service, Dennis Thompson is great at explaining what the codes mean and answering any questions I may have in a understandable way. i don't feel like I am being offered any service I don't need. Jeanne Olson has been our salesperson of choice and has always done an excellent job showing us vehicles, answering our questions, and giving us the time we need to decide on our purchase without any pushing on her part. We appreciate and respect that. We have always dealt with Steve Peters when needing servicing on our vehicles. He is knowledgeable, willing to work with our schedules, and always has a pleasant demeanor when talking with us and our many referrals on the phone.
