I contacted Tom Masano's looking for a pre-owned Ford Escape. The salesman, Randy Kershner listened to what I wanted and suggested that I should take a look at the new 2010 models as well as the pre-own Escape. I told him I would love a brand new Escape but from the price quotes I received from other dealers, I didn't think I could swing it. Randy advised me to always keep an open mind, then asked me to tell him what I had to work with. When I was finished, he happily said, "I think we can work something out for you, come on over and let's talk." Within a few days of that call, not only was I the proud owner of a brand new Ford Escape but Randy also found me the exact color combination and style that I was looking for...all without going over my budget! They were very pleasant and more than willing to help and work with us even after the store had closed. They worked with us in getting the Jeep we wanted, in the financing area and did their best to get us t work with us even after the store had closed. They seemed more than happy to go out of their way for us, and that was very pleasant, especially after have been to other dealerships that weren't so pleasant and weren't interested in working with us. The salesman was even willing to stand out in the rain to explain how the Jeep works and where I can find the information I was looking for. Just a great overall used car purchase experience. I called in advance to verify the condition and actual price of the car. So I decided to drive the 38 miles to get to Masano Ford and when we arrived, there were no surprises so we bought the car.
