When I went to receive the beautiful new Lincoln, he had already arranged to have all of the miscellaneous contents moved from the former car neatly into the new auto. I couldn't be happier with the Lincoln. I am also appreciative for the excellent job done by business manager Joann Burke handling the completion of the paperwork. My husband and I came in 45 minutes before closing on a Saturday to test drive a new MKZ .Marko Gruber was more than helpful in giving me the knowledge I needed to decide which car I liked (I test drove 3 different models). He was patient and professional, even though it was way past closing time. He, Mark and Michelle stayed to get the paperwork completed so that I could drive my new car home. Marko even came to my place of employment on Monday to pick my car up, to have it cleaned, since the detail team had already gone home, gave me a new loaner to drive and brought my car back to me. What a great team!! This was the smoothest car buying experience that we've ever experienced. Mark and Marko answered all of our questions and made us feel comfortable during the process. Experience Exceeded Our Expectations Our experience started online while doing research on potential cars to drive/purchase. We were immediately contacted by an online sales person who connected us with a sales professional. We corresponded and set up a time for a test drive within the week. Once we arrived at the dealership, we were immediately greeted by our sales professional, Alan, who had our test drive car ready and waiting. Alan was excellent. He listened, answered our questions thoroughly and didn’t push anything on us. We left the dealership within an hour of our test drive with an outstanding offer on our trade in vehicle, a very fair price with all incentives they could find that applied and no pressure to buy on the spot. We test drove other vehicles at other dealers the same day and decided to buy the 2019 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid we drove at Tom Roush. When we informed Alan we were on our way back to buy the vehicle, he had it ready and waiting for us to take home when we got back to the dealership. The closing/payment process was seamless.
