Excellent Service Experience at Tom Roush Lincoln Tom Roush Lincoln is my preferred dealer and provides excellent sales and service for Lincoln owners. I had forgotten to make a service appointment ( Tom Roush Lincoln is my preferred dealer and provides excellent sales and service for Lincoln owners. I had forgotten to make a service appointment (but it is easy to do by phone or online, if preferred). Even without an appointment, the service manager was still able to get my Lincoln on the schedule and serviced the same day. (I’d recommend having an appointment because that makes it easier for Roush to see that everyone get the service they need). The service I requested was going to take several hours so the service manager offered to drive me home and pick me up. That was a great time saver and convenience. Thank you Tom Roush! On other occasions for service repairs, Tom Roush provided a loaner car. The service work is top quality and the service manager keeps the client very well informed about the repairs. I have used both the location off of Rt US 31 N in Westfield and off of Rt 37 in Fisher. Both locations are great, clean, and bright. I’ll be buying my next Lincoln at Tom Roush and until then they will always service my current one. More
