I prefer to bring my vehicle back to the dealership for oil changes and any other type of service. Usually I am greeted with professionalize and really like the staff. This time I didn't feel as welcome an oil changes and any other type of service. Usually I am greeted with professionalize and really like the staff. This time I didn't feel as welcome and didn't care for the sales/customer service person. He did not seem interested in listening to what issues I had requested to be looked at during this appointment I made for the oil change even though I called a few days prior to my appointment to add my request. Instead he was happy to tell me how much extra it was going to cost to have this done. After I left him know that I called to add this to my visit and that I have the extended warranty he seemed a little put out. More
