This is my 1st time as a Lincoln owner, and the service was great! Recall, oil change, dent removed, and new FOB purchased. Delivered a courtesy vehicle to my house and kept my car for the day to get all was great! Recall, oil change, dent removed, and new FOB purchased. The parts for the recall were possibly on back order I was told when I set up the appt but they were able to get them in so I did not have to come back. Very courteous and friendly. They kept promised loaner car delivery and did a good got the car back to me on time as promised.
