Service was good but my only problem is NEVER receiving any rewards points since I bought my vehicle in May 2019. not happy about that. I asked Morgan about receiving points and she said she would look int any rewards points since I bought my vehicle in May 2019. not happy about that. I have had 3 oil changes and in December of 2019 you had my vehicle for over a month trying to find the problem and never received points when I bought the vehicle so hope someone will give me my points I deserve More

Wonderful service from Tom Roush service department , we have a very ill son , we have been driving a lot back and forth to the hospital, recently I looked at my service sticker and I was thousand miles pa have a very ill son , we have been driving a lot back and forth to the hospital, recently I looked at my service sticker and I was thousand miles past due for oil change, I have never gone past my service appts, I panicked, called my service team, explained what was going on, they were so kind , got me in that afternoon even though they were pretty busy, got me in and got me out in time to get back to the hospital, I am so great full, took a worry off my mind, I always take really good care of my Lincolns and this got away from me, but they took care of the car and they took care of me. Thanks Tom Roush!!!! More
First time I've taken my MKX to this service site. Contacted service a week prior and they were to ensure they had a warranty part for my vehicle prior to my appointment. If they couldn't get it they indicated they would call me. I drove over 50 miles to the appointment, when I got there they indicated they hadn't ordered the part! Then tried to get me to return the next day after it was ordered! Ended up having to drive to a Ford dealership near my home, have them order the part and install! Very disappointing experience at Roush Lincoln. I won't waste my time going to the dealership again! More

My car was taken into the service department as soon as I arrived. The oil change and safety check was completed in less than thirty minutes. I was given a Crew Car Wash coupon at check out.
