I worked with Rod Anderson, and can take a moment to share my exceptional experience at Tom’s Ford. From start to finish, it was an easy experience. I worked with Rod Anderson, and can't say enough good things about him. He made the process feel personal and stress-free, taking the time to understand the type and style of vehicle I was looking for. Even when I changed direction and considered a different vehicle, he was quick to accommodate and offer helpful insights—there was never any pressure, just solid guidance. During my visit, I also had the opportunity to meet one of the owners. Must say, the entire team was friendly, knowledgeable, and focused on ensuring I had the best possible experience. The financial process was seamless and quick, which was a huge relief. I plan to try their service department, as everything from sales to financing was handled with such efficiency.

I scheduled service for a recall issue a week ago via the FordPass app. When I arrived for the appointment on 11/13, I was informed that the appointment had been automatically cancelled by their "system" b FordPass app. When I arrived for the appointment on 11/13, I was informed that the appointment had been automatically cancelled by their "system" because of lack of a VIN number (keep in mind, the FordPass app KNOWS the VIN number). It seems the system does not flag these issues for service managers so the missing information can be included but rather just summarily cancels the appointment. At no point was I informed there was an issue or that the appointment had been cancelled. I drove over an hour, leaving a location where I could have performed some work for a friend and now I didn't have range to get back so that equated to a lost day. I was also informed that they could not reschedule me until 12/9 (almost a month later) as they only have ONE EV technician. I likely will not be back. More
The staff at Tom’s ford are fantastic. When my wife and I arrived to look at a 2019 Ram Limited, we were immediately greeted by the receptionist Donna. She knew we had an appointment to meet sales rep Corey Johnson. She found Corey immediately, but unfortunately I missed a text that Corey sent the day before that the vehicle was offsite being detailed. Corey was very apologetic because we drove over an hour to see the vehicle. We told Corey it was our problem for missing his text and asked him to notify us when the vehicle was onsite. He called me a two days later to confirm the vehicle was onsite, and to reschedule the appointment, which we did. Upon arrival for our appointment, Donna told us it was Corey’s day off and we met with Robert Delarosa. Robert is a fantastic sales pro. We went and checked out the Ram and Robert took the time to show us every aspect of the vehicle. We took a test drive with Robert and I asked if a couple of things could be addressed. He said that was no problem. We were very impressed with Robert because of his knowledge of the vehicle, and his enthusiasm of the dealership. He answered all our questions, and even dealt with our insurance company to secure our ID card. Another plus was Sales Manager John Luberto, who made sure that we were comfortable with the process. We then met the finance manager Armaan Datt. He already had all the paper work ready to be reviewed and signed. The whole experience of dealing with Tom’s Ford deserves five stars. They go the extra mile in customer service, and I would recommend to anyone. More
