From my first contact with Toms Ford the process of purchasing a new truck was seamless and quick. Each person I dealt with was knowledgeable and understanding... from Monica who took my initial inquir purchasing a new truck was seamless and quick. Each person I dealt with was knowledgeable and understanding... from Monica who took my initial inquiry into a new truck .. to John who was a fantastic salesman .. extremely knowledgeable and one of the most patient salespeople I have ever dealt with .. John was able to get me the truck i desired in record time and my wife couldn’t have been happier. John went way above anything he had to do in order to help me out and get me going... even when things happen that could not be planned for John was calm and amazing and got the job done with no worries ...also Andrea In the finance dept .. she was extremely efficient with getting all the paperwork together and having the answer to any question I would ask.
