Toms ford keyport are TOTAL RIP OFF AND POOR SERVICE I bought my ford car on this dealer so I bought it here for oil change and routine check. I rought my car in @10am and my car is still sitting in a co I bought my ford car on this dealer so I bought it here for oil change and routine check. I rought my car in @10am and my car is still sitting in a corner since I can see it from d glass window for 30 min. With nobody working on it @10:40a Someone drove my car in their mechanic back area and in 10min. They called my name and charged me $46.65 for oil changed I asked the receptionist Laurie(she did not even introduced her name and was rude when I asked her name)if they checked d tires and did tire rotation and she said they did. But no itemized check about the tire pressures or anything just the receipt and for only 10 min.!!! Never come back in this place again More

Recently I had a bit of an emergency and needed a management vehicle for a new hire in a hurry. The only guidelines I was given was to purchase a mid level SUV. I didn't need to think about it. I knew the way to make this purchase happen quickly and easily was to contact Ken Gann at Tom's Ford. In less than 24 hours from the time I called Ken, I had a 2018 Ford Escape delivered and ready to go. Great job, thanks Ken! More

Tom's Ford took in my car and in half the time of Dana ford, they diagnosed problem and fixed it right the first time. This dealer is 26 miles away from me and Dana is less than 2 miles. I would drive 100 miles to Tom's if needed. If you need Ford service, I highly recommend you come here and be treated like a valued customer. More
Painless purchase! Walked into the dealership expecting to be there for hours with the same games as in past experiences with other dealerships. To my surprise I met Chris Roberts and we sat down told him exactly what I wanted, we came to a fair price very quickly, did a little paperwork and we set an appointment for 9:30am the following day, which they prepped the car and had all paperwork ready!! I sat down with Keith Ozut and he actually saved me a few dollars while signing off on papers. These guys were true gentlemen and I highly recommend to seek them out if your going to Toms Ford!! A special thanks to Chris, for the bow in the car, my wife loved it and was very surprised!! More
