At first, no one got back to me, and I was starting to wonder if anyone over there was ever going to do anything to help me get my car fixed. Then, late this past December, I got a call from Lori, the new person overseeing the airbag recall replacement program. Lori was courteous, professional, responsive, and absolutely made sure that my car was repaired in a timely manner. I was very impressed with her work, and I'm grateful for her care and efficiency.
