The receptionist greeted me with a smile and introduced me to "Kenny", sales associate. I told him what I needed / wanted & made him aware that I wasn't about to listen to any "crap". He replied with a funny comeback. Kenny, along with the sales team / management were able to set up a lease deal that met my needs and at an affordable price. WINNING ! In addition to sales, the service department are also great. A friendly voice always answers the phone & scheduling an appointment is NEVER a problem. Sal & Vito explain everything that's been done. Whether it was an oil change or routine check up. When paying my bill, once again, I'm greeted with a friendly face. I was so happy with Tom's Ford that I leased my second car from them. My father is currently looking into a lease also. Bottom line, when a business treats people well, it gains customers. Tom's Ford is an example of how to treat its customers.
