I owned a 2013 Ford Fusion and was downsizing to a 2015 FOCUS to save m I went back to my original Ford Dealer in Shrewsbury to negotiate a new lease. I owned a 2013 Ford Fusion and was downsizing to a 2015 FOCUS to save money. I walked out of that dealer when they couldn't meet my price (by $10). I went to TOM'S FORD and was able to get a 2016 FUSION for a few dollars more than what the other dealer wanted to charge me for a FOCUS. The staff is courteous, professional and really listens to the customer's needs. They aren't pushing cars they are making what they hope to be lifetime customers and Ford owners. More

Tom's called in the morning so I took a ride down to look at their stock and meet salesmen Brennen Carroll. Brennen was the nicest and most enjoyable salesman I have ever encountered in a car dealership but it didn't stop there because the rest of the staff was the same. The service department lead by Ron Rossi is the best. Just traded in my Explorer and got a Focus it really drives great. Gerry is the man. I work in retail for over 20 years and have my own customers to go to Tom's Ford because of their great customer service. my son is 15, so we'll be back again in 2 years for another car from Gerry.
