2009 MKX I was in the market for a used car to get back and fourth to work. Checking Tom's ford Web site a 2009 MKZ caught my eye. My wife stopped in to check I was in the market for a used car to get back and fourth to work. Checking Tom's ford Web site a 2009 MKZ caught my eye. My wife stopped in to check the car out and a few days later I stopped in and went on a test drive. After the test drive we told our salesman we would be back on Saturday to make a deal. Well least to say we show up on saturday but are short on time due to my wife having a function that she needed to attend. Honestly, had a better offer from Galaxy Toyota on a 2015 Tundra, but the experience at Tom's Ford, plus a very cool 2014 F150 made it an easy choice to buy from Toms. I work in customer service and we always talk about treating people like family but Matt and Enrico really embody that principle. They made the experience the best I've ever had getting a new vehicle and I believe that they genuinely care about their guests. Took the time to show us different color Ford Edge with either AWD or front wheel drive. He also has a great sense of humor and we cracked jokes the entire time. He was very patient and helpful.
