I purchased a 2013 Mustang from Tom's Ford, and could not have been more pleased with the experience. I knew exactly the car I wanted, and was trying to find a dealer who could either find the car, or o not have been more pleased with the experience. I knew exactly the car I wanted, and was trying to find a dealer who could either find the car, or order one with my specifications (and I was on a tight timeline). Other Ford dealerships in the greater NYC area gave me the typical run around, but Charley and Marc were champs from the beginning. Not only were they able to order a car for me, but they already had a Mustang on order, so they just changed the specifications of that one to what I was looking for and were able to get me a car weeks ahead of what other dealers were quoting me. On price, I had done my homework (TrueCar), and knew what I wanted to / needed to pay. There was very little negotiation because Charley quoted the right price from the start, and there were no surprises as we want through the purchasing process. The financing process was easy, and when I came to pick up the car on a Saturday, Marc had me in and out of the dealership in an hour. From start to finish, I never thought a car buying process could be so pleasant, and I would recommend these guys to anyone. More
I have purchased 8 cars in the past for husband, myself, and my son and always went to at least 2 dealerships before buying anything. When I decided it was time for the 9th, I chose the Explorer and started my dealer search. My first stop was Tom's Ford and it was my only stop! Marc Brennan worked with me and together we "built" the vehicle. He made sure everything I wanted was on the order and even made some suggestions that were helpful. We then started going over pricing without a hidden computer screen, everything was out in the open, no secrets! He then informed me it would take about 8 - 10 weeks for delivery. About three days later, Marc called to inform me that he sent my order in, and gave me the exact date that Ford would start assembly on my SUV. He also let me know that delivery would be 3 - 4 weeks! 3 weeks later Marc called to let me know my Explorer was ready for me to be picked up. When I got there, we went over everything in the vehicle, and made sure everything I ordered was installed. I then sat with Keith Ozut in finance, also a stress free experience! He explained everything in detail, and again, without a hidden computer screen. He actually saved me money! This is the first time I bought a vehicle at the first dealer I went to. With the great, friendly, and hassle free experience I had, when it is time for #10, I know I only have to make one stop TOM'S FORD! More

SO HE SHOWED ME THE EDGE AND THE ESCAPE, I TOOK THE ESCAPE OUT FOR A TEST DRIVE AND PICKED THE COLOR AND SATURDAY I CAME IN AND STARTED THE PAPERWORK TO LEASE IT AND THAT IS WHEN I MET SCOT MUSBAUM. Most dealers exhibit a "vulture-like" sales environment. It is different at Tom's Ford. The sales environment is entirely no-pressure, friendly and overall professional. Salesperson Debbie is extremely caring and personable. She spent substantial time with me to assess my needs to ensure the most appropriate vehicle selection and terms. More

I first shopped at all american ford in Old Bridge for a pickup truck. What a bad experience that was, they played games with the price of the vehicle and were really pushy and rude. I was in the market for a new vehicle had been looking at the Ford Escape for years and finally decided to look more seriously. I built the Escape with the features I wanted on line and sent it to Tom's For the Ford Escape for years and finally decided to look more seriously. I built the Escape with the features I wanted on line and sent it to Tom's Ford for two reasons, 1.) they were close by, and 2.) most importantly I had positive experience with them on a previous new car purchase many years ago. I was first contacted by their internet sales rep Terry, who after several weeks of working located a vehicle very similar to the one I built on line. The Escape was at another dealer, prior to having it brought over to Tom's I came in for a test drive in a comparably built Escape. This is when I met Marc, the salesman I dealt with for the remainder of the purchase. Marc was great, very professional, friendly and courteous. He went over the Escape in detail prior to and during the test drive. After a very positive test drive I agreed upon a purchase price and Marc took care of transferring the vehicle to Tom's and ensuring that I had everything I wanted on the Escape. Marc contacted me when the vehicle was ready, when I arrived we went over the vehicle again and finalized the paperwork. When Marc and I were done I was introduced to Scott who went over all the financing and extended service plans with me in detail ensuring I had the coverage I wanted and no more. Prior to my leaving Marc went over the Escape again, it was a lot to take in and I was certain I would have questions later. Marc assured me he would be available to answer any questions I might have at any time and to not hesitate to contact him. There was no pressure at any time from start to finish and everyone I encountered was focused on ensuring I had a positive experience. I am happy to have selected Tom's to purchase the vehicle, was not disappointed and look forward to a good working relationship in the future for maintenance on the Escape and future purchases. I would highly recommend this dealership. More
