Great overall experience. Starting with speaking to Matt on the phone who answered my questions, provided information on certified pre-owned vehicles and scheduled an appt. for me. THE WORST DEALER IN MONMOUTH COUNTY FOR REPAIR SERVICE. We changed the battery on our 2010 Fusion. As soon as the battery was hooked up the air conditioning stopped working. We went on-line and found that We changed the battery on our 2010 Fusion. As soon as the battery was hooked up the air conditioning stopped working. We went on-line and found that this is a common issue with the Fusion. When we took the car to Tom's they tried to charge us $600 to fix it. When we complained they told us to pick-up the car, as they would not repair it. Every time you take the car to Tom's for service they try and jack you up on repair costs. We are calling Ford Motor Company to lodge a complaint. More

Went to Tom's Ford because of the poor reputation of my local dealership and desired to lease a new Ford. I was pleasantly surprised with the level of service and professionalism of your staff.
