I was in for service 3 times and they couldn't fix the problem. On the third time they wanted me to continue to agree to tests even though the problem was discovered. When i refused further tests and demanded the part be replaced the service manager lied and said he will order the parts, then after i left he said i was irate and he refuses to do business with me again. Poor customer service! When another dealer saw the video of the problem they ordered the parts within 5 minutes and i will go there next week to fix the issue. The service manager is an awful representative of Ford and i will never go there for service or sales again. More

My father worked for Ford Motor Company for 31 years so we used the A/Z plan to buy our new 2013 Escape. Everyone worked with us and was nice with us. In the past at other dealerships when you say you ha we used the A/Z plan to buy our new 2013 Escape. Everyone worked with us and was nice with us. My husband and I went to Toms Ford as it was recommended by our Mechanic (which we visited often due to all the issues our old '97 truck was having). Our repairs were going to be more than our truck was worth so we went looking for a used SUV. Mike greeted us and showed us all around - at used and new SUV's. He explained how Leasing worked vs purchasing a used vehicle. We was very friendly, detailed, and patient with us. We test drove the Ford Edge and fell in love. So much that we traded in our old vehicle and drove off in "Mallory" (we named her) that very same day! We now feel so safe knowing our 3mo and 3yr old are in a save vehicle and are thrilled with all the features our brand new Edge has. Very happy with the purchase and would recommend to everyone.
