Ken Gann spent 3 hours with my wife and myself detailing all aspects of the Ford Explorer and the various packages that were available during our initial visit to the dealership. I had been to another dealer, where they did a "bait and switch" on me. I feel no need to mention that dealer. So I went to Tom's, where I had bought my previous truck in 2004. Kenn was "bait and switch" on me. I feel no need to mention that dealer. So I went to Tom's, where I had bought my previous truck in 2004. Kenn was helpful, knowledgable, and very straight forward when dealing with pricing options. I did not get the "car salesman" vibe at all. I would deal with Tom's again, and I would recommend dealing with Kenn. More

I was referred to Debbie and Tom's Ford from another customer who had a positive experience with her as well. I had dealt with many dealerships over the years and always felt like I was in the shark ta customer who had a positive experience with her as well. I had dealt with many dealerships over the years and always felt like I was in the shark tank- what a contrast with Tom's Ford! From the first interaction through final negotiation, Debbie offered the most genuinely warm and friendly customer service. I never once felt pressured or cajoled to buy. She was not only extremely knowledgable, but worked closely with my fiancee to tailor a deal that worked for me. I cannot fully express how thankful I am to Debbie for making it possible to drive away with a fantastic car and what a pleasant experience the entire interaction was. I personally recommend that if you are in the market for the brands of vehicles they sell that you save time and aggravation and just go to Tom's Ford- a matter of fact, I hadn't even considered a Ford Fusion until we spoke to Debbie and I am elated with both the vehicle and the personalized deal I received. Debbie is more than a great "salesperson". She is a real deal amazing person and I would be hard pressed to ever buy from someone else again. To the other dealerships- take note! I highly recommend Tom's Ford and Marc Brennan as your salesperson. This is my second purchase, and I feel like the dealership and the salesperson will be my life-long go-to's for my car. The atmosphere is friendly, which makes it easy and comfortable when looking for a new car. Everyone in the dealership is friendly and says hello to you. I took my first vehicle into the service department for oil changes and found the service department to have the same sort of professionalism. My salesperson Marc was very thorough in explaining everything to me about my new car. He offers a continued relationship to you with himself and the dealership after the purchase of your car..he was really helpful in saying to let him know if I ever needed anything or had any questions. I think it is always a bonus to do business and work with someone that you just genuinely like, and that's how I felt about going through the deal wtih Marc. This dealership is family owned, and the family owned feeling very much oomes out when your picking your vehicle, and going through the financial process. Highly recommended! More
it was time to turn my lease and decided to go to Tom's since it is close to home. I've been leasing vehicles since 1997, and Tom's stands out. The place is clean and professional. Enrico was available as soon as I walked in the door. He was friendly and pleasant to deal with. We took a test drive where he explained all the new features in the Fusion I was interested in. Once my decsion was made, hegot everything ready. He even called my insurance company to transfer my coverage - a first for me! Since it would a bit to get the ready to leave, I decided to wait in the waiting area. While waiting, I also saw how attentive Tom's treats their service customers - which is why I'll be taking the car back anytime I need service. When my car was ready, Enrico once again explained all the features of the touch screen. He was great. My experience at Tom's was great - I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a Ford product. More

I was Not in the market for a New truck but when i drove by and saw the selection I just had to stop. I met Joe Nesci and found him wonderful to talk to and not pushy!
