I was in the market for a new Super Duty crew cab pickup. I always felt on the defensive and disappointed by the lack of knowledge some salespeople have of their product. I did lots of research as to the options I wanted and the price I wanted to pay - no luck on a sale, though. Then I went on line to expand my search of dealers and read quite a few good reviews about Tom's Ford in Keyport. I sent them an e-mail and in no time, Ken Gann got back in touch and said he'd be happy to help. Well, I went down, met Ken and in now time had a GREAT deal on a truck EXACTLY with the options I wanted. Ken is a great guy who immediately puts you at ease. He knows his trucks well and gave me the deal I was looking for the first time - no back and forth stuff. Ken completely changed my opinion of your average car salesman. Not only did I leave that day with a car, Marc helped me to get my monthly payment to where I needed it to be while cutting my down payment IN HALF. He also helped me through the insurance process so I could drive my car home that day. After the sale, Keith made the paperwork a breeze.
