Rico was very helpful and took care to satisfy our needs for our purchase of a 2012 Escape. Very insightful about the options and helped us sync up our blue tooth to the radio. I actually love a dealership. First time ever.... I have walked into a dealer and felt like the SA were helpful and encouraging. They were not just trying to sell you a vehicle. They actually knew their stuff. Our SA was Enrico and he was a very cool guy. He took us for our test drive and showed us all the new features our Edge had to offer. When we went to sign the paperwork, there was also a children's play area in the lounge. Finally a place that caters to families. I would gladly go back to have my SUV serviced and feel comfortable to wait in the lounge with my kids. Some of the SA even stopped to speak to my children. I also liked it was very clean place, inside and out. More
