The team at Tom's were true to their word. I had a long wait for my SVT Raptor to be built and delivered. I leased my first new car from Tom's Ford 3 years ago and recently went back to lease a new car. First off everyone there I have ever dealt with has been friendly and nice. He was a young guy like I am and could completely relate. he was also funny, and he was a very hard worker running (literally) around to get things done. Debbie is the best car sales rep I have ever encountered. She is consultative and understands what you need and how to get you there. She listened and gave me various choices.
