We appreciate you taking the time to help us improve our operations. I would like to address the concerns mentioned. • The team worked hard to find the EXACT vehicle you needed. Upon contacting over a dozen dealers, we found your exact car, but the dealer who promised it to us cancelled the swap. We found the second best option meeting all your criteria which we drove over 100 miles to retrieve. Pricing on the vehicle was agreed upon prior to picking the vehicle up at the other dealer. Admittedly, there was a mistake regarding an additional rebate if the vehicle was financed through Ford. Originally, your intent was to pay cash, but upon further research, we were able find for you an additional $1,000 for PA residents who financed through Ford Credit. • Regarding Motor Vehicle, it is hard-printed on every NJ Dealer’s buyer’s contract that MV fees are estimated. There are numerous factors that are taken into consideration when determining an EXACT cost that aren’t included on the PA DMV site. For example, since you are out of state RegUSA has to facilitate the titling of your vehicle which does increase the cost. We estimate a flat amount for out of state titling because we know you would be extremely dissatisfied with us if we surprised you a few weeks later asking you for money for your plates. All fees charged in excess are promptly refunded. It is 100% illegal for any dealer to keep the excess funds. • I’m certain you would agree that we worked extremely hard to keep you satisfied…answered every question, drove more than 100 miles to retrieve your vehicle, treated you great and provided you an excellent price. We went above and beyond to keep you happy, unfortunately we couldn’t see eye to eye.
