We contacted this dealer via phone/internet to arrange the purchase of a vehicle. Unfortunately they didn't have the car in stock, but were willing to acquire the vehicle from another local dealership. the purchase of a vehicle. Unfortunately they didn't have the car in stock, but were willing to acquire the vehicle from another local dealership. In the span of a week a few things changed. First the car we selected was no longer available, so we chose another. Then the person we were dealing with admitted to making a mistake regarding the rebates, but offered an alternative solution. Finally an "estimate" for $450 for title and registration on the car. We had been asking for a firm price and all detailed numbers spelled out for a week (not estimates). We supplied the fees from our state's website, which totalled less than $100. We never received a reasonable explanation for the excess $350 in their estimate, but they weren't willing to reduce it. This isn't brain surgery, the fees are published and this dealer should only collect on behalf of the state, plus some reasonable costs for overnighting the docs out of state. What this dealer was asking for was a blank check and us to believe them when they said they would refund any excess later. How is "excess" defined, by whom, and when is "later"? Honestly, I really don't care, because I won't pay it. Come on, there is no reason why you can't come to the table with hard numbers. We walked and they don't want to refund the deposit because they already acquired the car before they tanked the deal with their fuzzy math. Interesting business strategy. What should have been an easy transaction has turned into a headache with Tom's Ford. Based on our experience, I can not recommend them. More
This was my first time visting Tom's Ford and I came away pleasantly surprised. Unlike most dealers, there was no pushy or manipulative tactics that turn most people off. We actually did a lease end and a new lease with them. We had some wear on the old vehicle that caused us to have a residual payment and our credit had taken a fall over the past two years, as many have. They worked with Ford credit and got us something that was jsut what we needed for now. They were just great! More

I went to Tom's Ford because it had a better inventory of 2011 Fusions than many of the other dealerships in the area. I test drove a Fusion SEL, however, they did not have a model with the exact specificati 2011 Fusions than many of the other dealerships in the area. I test drove a Fusion SEL, however, they did not have a model with the exact specifications I wanted (I wanted a specific color (platinum tri-coat white), interior (charcoal black) and features moonroof)). Enrico found the exact car I was looking for and had it to the dealership in a few short days. I also got a good price with little negotiating necessary. I didn't feel overly pressured by Enrico and because of that I was able to make my decision to by the car the same day that I test drove it. I was also pleased that they did no try to force an extended warranty down my throat. I have had my 2011 Fusion SEL for a little over a week and have loved every minute of driving it. It is quite the upgrade from my 2002 Honda Civic. More

I recently visited Tom's Ford/Lincoln in Keyport seeking information on a 2011 Ford Edge and was promptly greeted by Marc Brennan. Marc showed me the Edge and answered all of my questions quickly and easily. We eventually proceeded to talk about pricing and discussed payment schedules. Had it not been for Marc's no-pressure approach and expertise regarding the vehicle, I would not have pulled the trigger and completed the purchase. Everyone with whom I worked to finalize the purchase was very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help. Those are qualities that are hard to find when shopping for a new car. Of the three cars that I've purchased to date, the experience with Marc and the Tom's Ford/Lincoln team was easily the most pleasant I've ever had at a car dealership. My 2011 Ford Edge is a great vehicle too! More

When I informed him that I was looking at another make of car and was going to test drive it later in the week, he didn't try to pressure me at all. Rather, he said he would be waiting and willing to help if I came back to purchase a Ford. Throughout the entire process, Rod was very flexible to my needs and was very friendly throughout the entire process. We laughed, we talked, we had a great time buying a car. I'm glad to have found a dealer and salesperson I can go back to for great service. More
