He was very friendly and it was easy to tell after speaking with him for a minute that he is very knowledgeable and knows a lot about the vehicles he sells. He is patient and understanding and tries to find the best deal for your situation. I never felt pressured or rushed, and I am very grateful for all of the work he did to make me feel comfortable with my purchase. He worked with me on my different financial options and was able to find something in my price range without having to sacrifice quality. The service and parts department was also a pleasure to work with. By the time the investigation was done even GM was helping us out to prove what this dealer did wrong. It is extremely hard for us to trust dealers because of this.
