Brian has even called after the sale several times to ensure that I was satisfied. I had a small issue not uncommon to a used vehicle and it was quickly handled without the run around that you would expect from dealers today. I can honestly say that if I was in the market for another used car I would not hesitate to use them again and if Volkswagon was a car I was looking at I would give them a serious look. We had a very difficult situation. I was moving from out of State. I needed insurance and a new license for the registration. We were called about a month ago to see what this dealer could do for us. Our current VW CC lease is up 4/2014 and they asked us to come in. We did and was completely turned off, dissatisfied and walked o could do for us. Our current VW CC lease is up 4/2014 and they asked us to come in. We did and was completely turned off, dissatisfied and walked out knowing we would not return. The dealer known as "B" walked out on us several times when we asked a question b/c he seemed not to know the answer. One time when he came back - he reeked of cigarette. Obviously he went outside and got a smoke!!!! Very unprofessional. We asked to see a manager to deal with and he offered us a new CC for over $200 more than what we are currently paying. He had nothing for us at that time and said he would call us back. Did not happen and we will NOT go back!!! We have now gone to another dealer (other than a VW dealer) and are leasing this new car now for a lower price than what we are paying. Good bye More
