The dealership needs to go to the Costco across the street and get a printer/scanner/fax all in one. It took them approx two weeks to get digital copies of peperwork to send over to the Credit Union fo street and get a printer/scanner/fax all in one. It took them approx two weeks to get digital copies of peperwork to send over to the Credit Union for the loan paperwork. In the digital age this is unheard of. The salesman we worked with was wonderful, and understanding about everything. He just need to be provided to tools to be able to to the job effectively. It should not be hard to get digital copies and be able to e-mail them to the parties needed. The only time it worked perfectly is when i had to go there my self take pictures with my phone and email them directly....... Oh and it took over thee hours to actually pick up the car. They were busy sure, but they also said they were not used to people changing class of vehicles and it took them a while to figure out the paperwork.... BUY A SCANNER. More

Ricardo was very friendly and personable. Even though this location did not have the car I wanted he went the extra mile to find the car and delivered it to the location within a couple of days. I visited this dealership originally to look at a CC the first person I met was the owner he asked if needed help I replied yes. So I went to the Passat and again he offered the test drive this felt and handled much much better. While driving I asked him to work up a deal on this car. For a young man he was very knowledgeable about the produce...not just lip service he showed how things worked. This is my very first dealings with VW and this was a good experience. I recommend you ask for this sales man when you walk into this dealership. The owner was correct he is a professional.
