At first I was only looking forward to getting a new car and not what I was going to have to go through to buy it. I went to plenty of dealerships only to find that my experience was turning out just as I e and not what I was going to have to go through to buy it. Then I went to Union Volkswagen, and since the car I was looking for from the beginning was a Jetta, I figured all Volkswagen dealerships were the same. NOT SO, from the second I walked in and was greeted by their associate Nabil and he made me feel like everything I was looking for was being considered and he wasn't going to use the normal backdoor scams I was used to listening too. They were straight forward and there were no surprises or unexpected events all the way to signing the paperwork. This is the only dealership i will do business with from now on and if you don't want hassle i recommend you give them a try too. Thanks Union VW! More

I wanted to buy a VW Passat recently and was looking for the dealership that could give me the best price. I got a call from Union VW asking about the car I was interested in. I told them the exact model/tr the dealership that could give me the best price. I got a call from Union VW asking about the car I was interested in. I told them the exact model/trim and also the best out-the-door quote I was getting from another dealer. I was told that Union VW is ready to match the price or even beat it. So I went to their dealership ready to buy my car. After getting a test drive, I was asked to speak to their manager. I told him the same out-the-door quote I'd mentioned over the phone. He plugs in some numbers on his computer, and then says "We can't do that. You can buy your car from the other dealer." I was really upset and asked why he'd called me all the way to their dealership just to tell me that. He could've just told me over the phone and I'd have been fine with that. The manager didn't care to apologize and just continued saying what he'd said before. So I left and got my car from the other dealer. New car buyers - watch out! I wouldn't trust their word. They may just be wasting your time. However, Marc, the sales consultant, was very friendly over the phone and even when I arrived at the dealership. He'd got my car to the front so that it would be ready for a test drive. More
