I went to a lot of dealerships to buy my new VW, I went to East Coast in Englewood Cliffs, I went to Trend Motors out in the sticks, i went to that Jack Daniells VW, and Joe Heidt VW, they all act like to East Coast in Englewood Cliffs, I went to Trend Motors out in the sticks, i went to that Jack Daniells VW, and Joe Heidt VW, they all act like arrogant sons of #$@$@ so I walked out of all of them. At Union VW, they are professionals. The negotiate without any of the tactics that East Coast and Joe Heidt use. And they have a large inventory so they don't have to go and get it somewhere else. I drove up, walked in the door, got a hot cup of coffee and was signing papers in 30 minutes. They beat everyone else's price and then some. They are giving me a loaner car for service too. Nabil is just the nicest guy. He took the time to go over all the cars and features, he setup my bluetooth, when he saw how hot it was outside, he got me a cold soda. They are just a class act that is refreshing to find at a car dealership. Tony the owner was there too. A real down to earth kind of guy that you can have a conversation with.
