My husband and I were reviewing our options for a leased car. Our current lease ends in a month and we were not 100% sure on what we wanted to now lease. They phoned us to follow up with the appointment. Though we were running late, they never made us feel rushed in any way. We were extremely impressed with the dearlership. It was a beautiful building. They could not have been more helpful. All we spoke to were very friendly and courteous. When we mentioned that our 17year old driver would also be driving the car, Nabil was extremely knowledgable and reviewed all of the safety features of Volkswagon in general and the Passat. There was a lot that we never knew about a Volkswagon. We did end up leasing a car and plan to pick up sometime next week. I would truly recommend Union Volkswagon. More
