bad service experince at vw union service center. 1st up the recall fix took 6 hours. i wasnt offered a loaner vehicle or drop and or a pick up from my place, which is around 20 miles. i had to spend 1st up the recall fix took 6 hours. i wasnt offered a loaner vehicle or drop and or a pick up from my place, which is around 20 miles. i had to spend 70$ on unber to fix a company recall. Post the recall fix, i found black grease stains on the roof from inside the car. wow! some standards. i told them of a brake issue i have been having.. instead of taking time to understand it, i was hurried out since it was closing time for them. the delearship didnt even wash the car properly before they handed it out to me. 2.5 Hour Oil Change I had a scheduled oil change for 12:30pm on a Tuesday afternoon which turned into 2.5 hours later. Very unhappy with the service. Luckily my oil chang I had a scheduled oil change for 12:30pm on a Tuesday afternoon which turned into 2.5 hours later. Very unhappy with the service. Luckily my oil change came at no charge. However, I was told my tires were aligned and no mention of that on my paperwork. I was also given a note about an oil leak but no one spoke to me about these concerns. This was my first and very much so last time coming to this service department. More

Buyer beware I bought a used car from this dealership and paid cash. They told me because of high mileage they would not warranty it. I asked if they guaranteed it I bought a used car from this dealership and paid cash. They told me because of high mileage they would not warranty it. I asked if they guaranteed it would pass inspection. They told me that they inspect all their cars and I shouldn’t have a problem. Less than a week after taking deliver of the car I noticed it vibrated when it was idling. I took it to a Audi dealership near my home and was told the motor mounts were shot. It cost me $2,300 to repair. While I realize they did not warranty the car something like broken motor mounts is unsafe and potentially hazardous. I question how well they inspected the car. It turns out the dealership I took the car to was who serviced the car for the previous owner. They had the complete service record for the car. I was treated so well at this dealership that I am considering buy my next new car from them. More
