When we tried to cancel, absolutely no one would take any action after MANY, MANY promises to do so. Only after opening a case against them with Customer Care @ Volkswagen corporate office did we finally get most our money back on February 26, 2019--- over 8 months they held $1600 hostage. This dealer is corrupt, I NEVER want to set foot on their property AGAIN. They have the worst report @ BBB I have ever seen, not to mention Google & Yelp or any other websites. BEWARE...... IT'S NOT A JOKE!!! More
