Thank you for responding to the review. I have the paperwork from the other dealership and they states that the release bearing was the cause of failure but in the notes it states that they recommended the same exact parts that we recommended at first, I do not know what transpired afterwards but you still paid over 1600.00 for repairs. You declined the removal of the transmission so that we would be able to provide a clearer picture of what was going on internally in the transmission. It clearly states on the other dealerships invoice that the cause was the clutch and flywheel are rusted it seems that they may have replaced the release bearing as a warranty to help with the cost but does not state that the cause of failure was the release bearing. I believe that our diagnosis was spot on and followed the manufacturers warranty guidelines.
