Horrible customer Satisfaction My experience was bad fro the beginning. After making my first trip from Brooklyn to Union NJ for nothing I should of known they’d tell me anything. My experience was bad fro the beginning. After making my first trip from Brooklyn to Union NJ for nothing I should of known they’d tell me anything. I was struggling to find the color and model I was interested in so I gave them a second chance. It didn’t get any better. They promised me a vehicle in 3-5 days and asked me to pay a transport fee, I agreed. Two weeks later still no car, no call. Finally after a few calls and emails I sent they reached out. It was then my car had arrived. It was then I picked it up and was called the next day because they wrote up the wrong VIN number on sales receipt. It was that which caused my plates and registration to get to me a few days after my temporary plate expired. At my OLD address at that. They said just drive well deal with the tickets. Dealership was just full of surprises and it got to the point where even the managers wouldn’t respond because they had nothing to say. More
