(Roger had an appointment shortly after we came into the showroom, and he unselfishly and helpfully directed us to Nadia.) Nadia helped us make good decisions on our Atlas features and get the right model for our family. The financing and warantee conversation with Cesar (I think that was his name) was great as well. Everyone accommodated our timing and availability, too. All in all an A+ experience. More
Service I brought my car back in on 8/20 because it was still leaking. A second leak was detected but they’d need to hold my car until the part came in on 8/2 I brought my car back in on 8/20 because it was still leaking. A second leak was detected but they’d need to hold my car until the part came in on 8/21. I called on 8/21 and was told the part was in transit and I’d get a call back Wednesday morning. I received no call so at 3:00 on Wednesday I called and was told my point person was too busy to come to the phone and she’d call me back. I asked to speak to someone else just to get a status but was told only she could help. I never heard another word until Monday at 3:00. I kept the loaner for the full 8 days. I’m not upset that it took so long but it would have been nice if I was kept up to date by someone if my contact person was having personal issues and not in the shop. More
