ridiculously rude and dishonest this guy is a joke to the business. we've called before and was offered the lease price for a similar model however we'd like to upgrade a bit and pic this guy is a joke to the business. we've called before and was offered the lease price for a similar model however we'd like to upgrade a bit and pick a color we like. Then he quote us a ridiculous price (100+ more of monthly payment) and of course we didn't come to agreement. And this guy went mad. He started yelling and ripped off our written price proposal in front of us and threaded us to leave! Was this the sales attitude you expect from VW? I'm filing a compliant to the headquarter and posting my experience everywhere I can so that people can learn about this xxxxty place. Stay away at any cost! More
