I initially texted the dealer some questions from work since I didn't want to waste my time driving around anymore. Peter Karwacki responded very promptly and was able to answer my questions without giving me a run around like most other dealers do. I decided to go in that night and look at the 2019 Jetta and see if there was any hidden loop holes I wasn't told about. Upon my arrival Peter introduced me to Joel, the sales person who was able to take the process from that point on. Peter was the sales manager and meet up with us after the test drives. We were able to negotiate a deal that I was very comfortable with and to add to it, Peter realized I worked for a partner company and was able to knock another $500 off the price. All in all, it was a great experience, and I was very happy with everything from start to finish. Peter was very honest and didn't hide anything from me. Joel was very knowledgebale and made the process very easy. I drove my new car home that night and couldn't wait to share what a great experience it was dealing with these two gentlemen. I know buying a car is stressful and I was not looking forward to it initially. Peter and Joel completely changed my mind and I am happy to share my experience with as many people as I possibly can. More
